Why this page exists

Bybit’s public data shows what the market is doing. Your Bybit account shows what you did in it.

This page connects raw Bybit account data to a position history you can actually review — every add, every stop move, every fee.

Public market

Mark price · funding · turnover

Useful context. No account connection needed.

Your Bybit account

Positions · wallet · executions · fees

Private facts from your own derivatives account.

Fibonomy

Exposure · changes · review

Reconstructs what changed and what it affected.

Bybit USDT perpetuals

What Fibonomy reads from Bybit — and what it turns that into

The value is not another copy of the Bybit app. It is the reconstruction layer between exchange facts and account-level understanding.

The core mechanic

One position changes. Your whole account can change with it.

Fibonomy follows the causal chain instead of showing disconnected exchange numbers.

01 · Bybit event

BTC position size increased

A new execution changes size and notional exposure.

02 · Account effect

Capital at risk rises

The same position now consumes more of the account’s permitted risk.

03 · Fibonomy context

Your 4% rule is breached

BTC becomes the largest contributor to account-wide exposure.

One position · one continuous record

See the position as a sequence of decisions — not a final P&L.

What the P&L doesn’t tell you

The trade won. The process still deserves review.

Profit alone hides how much risk was carried to get there. Fibonomy keeps the account context attached to the position.

Connect Bybit

Three steps from Bybit data to account context.

In Bybit, create a system-generated API key, set it to Read-Only, and give it read access to contract or unified-trading positions, orders and executions. Paste it into Fibonomy. A Read-Write key is refused, and we tell you what to change.

Bybit connection FAQ

Before you connect Bybit, know exactly what Fibonomy can — and cannot — do.

The connection is built for visibility and review. Your exchange account remains under your control.

Is the Bybit connection read-only?

Yes. Fibonomy only accepts Bybit API keys set to Read-Only. When you connect, it checks the key with Bybit and refuses a Read-Write key.

Can Fibonomy place or change trades on Bybit?

No. Fibonomy does not open or close positions, add to or reduce them, move stop-loss orders, set take-profit orders, withdraw funds or transfer assets.

What Bybit data does Fibonomy use?

Depending on what Bybit makes available to a Read-Only key, Fibonomy can use your wallet balance, open and closed positions, orders, executions, position size, entry and exit details, leverage, margin, stop-loss information, funding and trading fees.

Does my Bybit API key expire?

Bybit documents a 90-day expiry for API keys without IP restrictions. If your data stops updating, check the expiry shown for your key in Bybit and connect a new Read-Only key.

What does capital at risk mean in Fibonomy?

It is an account-level view of how much capital a position could put at risk under the protection and position data Fibonomy can verify. Unknown exposure stays visible instead of being hidden inside a clean-looking total.

Can I revoke Fibonomy's Bybit access?

Yes. The key stays yours: delete it in Bybit’s API management and access stops at once. Fibonomy never needs withdrawal or transfer permission.

Where can I see public Bybit Futures market data?

The connected-account view and the public market view have different jobs. Use the Bybit Futures market page for public mark price, funding rates and new listings without connecting an account.
